AI processing
Only the information needed for the selected task should be sent to an AI provider. Confidential identifiers should be minimized or redacted where practical.
Knowledge governance
Project documents do not automatically become public knowledge. Approved sources, revisions and retrieval permissions must be controlled.
Before launch
Authentication, retention, deletion, incident response, cross-border processing, processor contracts and privacy notices must be legally verified before accepting real customer files.
